While cancer is talked about, the World Health Organization states thatOne third of all cancers are entirely preventable, one third can be eradicated through early detection, and one third can be treated using existing medical measures to prolong life, alleviate suffering and improve quality of life.Scientific knowledge and proactive action are our most powerful weapons against cancer.
Early screening and treatment of tumors cannot be achieved without high-level screening equipment and the close collaboration of a multidisciplinary team. The Department of Nephrology, under the leadership of Prof. Zongpei Jiang.He has rich clinical experience in comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of kidney cancer, including early diagnosis and targeted therapy.
The gynecology department, led by director Zhang Dongqing, a team ofSpecializing in early screening and minimally invasive treatments for cervical cancer, such as laparoscopic myomectomy to maximize fertility preservation.
The Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery, led by Prof. Zili Shao.Implementing a comprehensive program of precision surgery + targeted therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma to improve the quality of long-term patient survival.
