
On April 14, senior officials from China-Africa Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), Ministry of Health of Bangladesh and Hai Guo Tu Zhi Research Institute visited Kai Qiang Memorial Hospital to carry out exchange and guidance activities. The exchange not only fully affirmed the medical service level of Kaiqiang Memorial Hospital, but also built an efficient cooperation bridge between the two sides, opening a new chapter of international medical cooperation.


At the beginning of the exchange, accompanied by the leaders of Kaiqiang Memorial Hospital such as Executive Vice President Zhao Xuping and Deputy Director of the International Medical Department Su Wei, the visiting officials went deep into the hospital's various special departments and treatment areas to learn about the hospital's philosophy of running the hospital, its team of specialists, its state-of-the-art equipment configuration, and standardized diagnostic and treatment service processes. During the visit, the officials spoke highly of the high quality and warm medical service system created by the hospital with the original intention of “letting patients take less detours in medical treatment, and letting the medical and nursing team with level, ability and love have a better platform to serve more patients in need”.

In particular, the international medical department of the hospital recognized the multilingual service capability in Chinese, English, Korean, Japanese, French and Arabic, the level of DNV international standard certification and precise diagnosis and treatment services, stopped from time to time to ask about the details, and carried out on-site exchanges and discussions on the optimization of the medical service process and the enhancement of the patient's medical experience, and fully praised the hospital's professional strength and humanistic care.


After the visit, the two sides held a seminar and exchange meeting to share experiences and build consensus on core issues such as cross-border medical cooperation, health care development and medical institution construction and management.

At the meeting, Mr. Su Wei, Deputy Director of KKMH, introduced in detail the history of KKMH, the matrix of specialists, key disciplines, as well as highlighting the scope of services of the Department of International Medical Services, the process of receiving international patients and the advantages of cross-border medical services, and demonstrated the hospital's practical experience in the areas of referral of international patients, multi-language service protection, direct payment of commercial insurance, etc., which fully reflects the hospital's professional ability to respond to the needs of international medical care and serve global patients. At the end of the discussion, the important outcome of this exchange was ushered in - the formal signing of a cooperation agreement between KKMH and the Expert Advisory Group of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, which will serve as a new starting point for both sides to work together to promote the high-quality development of the cause of international health and wellness.

At the same time, Kaiqiang Memorial Hospital also signed a letter of intent to cooperate with the Hai Guo Tu Zhi Research Institute, which will further broaden the hospital's international exchange channels, enhance the international medical service capacity, and inject a new impetus for the internationalization of high-end medical services.
